1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing V Mobile (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Virtual Mobile OÜ ("we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game. By continuing to use the Game after any updates to these Terms are published, you accept the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use V Mobile. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Game, you represent and warrant that:

1. You meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
3. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms;
4. Your use of the Game does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be terminated without notice.

3Account & Security

Registration

To access most features of V Mobile, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. All actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

1. Do not share your password or account access with others;
2. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access;
3. Do not sell, transfer, or trade your account;
4. Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4In-App Purchases

Virtual Currency & Items

V Mobile may offer virtual currency ("V-Cash"), cosmetic items, and other digital content for purchase using real money. All such purchases are governed by these Terms and the policies of the applicable app platform (Google Play or Apple App Store).

All Sales Final

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the relevant app platform. We do not offer refunds for items that have been consumed, used, or partially used.

1. Prices may change at any time without prior notice;
2. Promotional offers are limited and may expire;
3. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you forfeit any unused virtual currency or items;
4. We are not responsible for technical errors or interruptions affecting purchases — contact platform support in such cases.

5User Conduct

V Mobile is a community built around creative roleplay. You agree to use the Game in a way that is respectful and fair to all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

1. Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
2. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or threats directed at other players or our staff;
3. Sharing, distributing, or promoting illegal content, including material that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
4. Impersonating other players, staff, or real-world figures;
5. Exploiting bugs or glitches rather than reporting them;
6. Using bots, macros, or automation tools not sanctioned by us;
7. Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Game or its servers.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion. We may also report illegal conduct to the relevant authorities.

6Intellectual Property

All content within V Mobile — including but not limited to graphics, characters, maps, music, code, trademarks, and logos — is the exclusive property of Virtual Mobile OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

1. Copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Game without our express written consent;
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
3. Use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission;
4. Create derivative works based on the Game's content for commercial purposes.

User-Generated Content

By submitting any content (usernames, screenshots, forum posts) in or around the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Game.

7Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Game, its community, or our business.

Effect of Termination

1. Access to your account and all associated content will be removed;
2. Any unused virtual currency or items will be forfeited without refund;
3. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Governing Law) will remain in effect.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and, where applicable, the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Game will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtual Mobile OÜ with respect to the Game and supersede all prior agreements.
